My clinical approach is based mostly on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iceeft.com\/index.php\/about-us\/what-is-eft\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)<\/a> and other experiential modalities.<\/p>\n<p>Many individuals currently are opting for less traditional relationship models, including consensual non-monogamy, polyamory being perhaps its most well known variation.
